  1. Hey, Talitha!

Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Erin Davis and I am the lead blogger at http://www.liesyoungwomenbelieve.com. It’s a website designed to support the book by the same title by Nancy Leigh DeMoss and Dannah Gresh.

We are on the lookout for some additional young women bloggers. We like your style and your commitment to God’s Word. I was wondering if you would be interested in submitting 3 sample posts and we could see if they connect with our readers (all 30,000 of them!)

If so, feel free to shoot me an email and we can chat more.

In the meantime, keep pointing young women toward Jesus! He is worthy.

  2. HI Talitha,

My cousin Elisa sent me to your mom’s blog which eventually led me here. We have a daughter named Talitha too. Partly because of how your dad’s ministry has impacted our family through adoption. Here’s the story about how we chose her name.

  3. Hi Talitha,

It’s pretty interesting to be reading/looking at some of what you’ve got here – especially since I recognise you as the ‘daughter that John Piper adopted whom he made mention of in the book I’ve been reading’.

I guess I’ve always been fascinated by how people – who are somewhat ‘famous’ or simply well known – are humans after all.

Anyway, it’s been a great encouragement to read your testimony and to know that you’ve been desiring God from such a young age. (8! I received Jesus when I was 7 but only truly started seeking Him when I was about 15.)

    The LORD bless you. (:
